What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are 100% on ordering. This is necesarry to secure the stock from the manufacturer.

Do you accept a letter of credit (LOC)?

At this time we cannot accept letters of credit or escrow payment.

What is the lead time?

Lead time varies product to product but typically the shipment is ready for sending out 5-7 days after the order is made.

Can I order lower than the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Usually the MOQ's are back to back with the manufacturer, however there may be surplus stock which has been warehoused and is available at a lower MOQ so always worth asking us.

How do I know that the product is qualified?

We conduct extensive factory and product vetting with a well-known testing and standards agency. Reports and certificates can be available upon request.

Can you handle the shipping?

Standard shipping is EXW but we do work with a freight agents and can quote shipping FOB, CIF and DDU.
